Personal Planning Service Process:

1. First Appointment: our notary will meet with you in person to discuss your needs and wishes regarding your legal, financial and healthcare matters. This appointment takes about 45 minutes to 1 hour, and includes an intensive questionaire to assess your legal capacity to make important arrangements concerning your personal matters.

2. Second Appointment: our notary will meet with you in person to sign and execute your personal planning documents. This appointment takes about 30 minutes. During this time, we will review and explain the documents, address any questions and concerns you may have, finalize the draft, and ensure the documents are signed according to the required formatting by British Columbia laws.
